Increased equity stake in Global Active Limited ("GAL") to 40.05% and made mandatory cash offer for "the remaining shares, except for 15% held by GAL CEO Ms Cynthia Poa (who agreed to sell up to an additional 10% [through Healthcare Group Inc] to ensure OSIM crosses 50% and makes the offer unconditional).

Launched a new intelligent massage chair that synchronises to audio-visual signals, delivering the world's first multi-sensory massage experience the iSymphonic AV.
Announced group net profit increase of 29% to $5.4M for the first quarter ended 31 March 2004. This is in line with long term growth target of 20% to 30%.

Launched a new supplement specially blended to improve and maintain one's skin in good condition. Named Nourish REFINE, it takes the extra step in skin care, by nourishing and protecting skin, from the inside.

OSIM and Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust entered into a Put and Call Option Agreement in respect of the sale and leaseback of OSIM Headquarters building for a total purchase price of $35m.

OSIM launched the iSymphonic, the world's first massage chair that synchronizes massage and music. It was voted "Invention of the Year" by Time magazine.
OSIM group announced a turnover increase of 25% to $52.5m and net profit increase of 29% to $4.2m for the 3 months ended 31 March 2003.
OSIM acquired 29.9% of Global Active for S$9.568m. Global Active, as GNC's franchisee for Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and China, is principally engaged in the marketing and sale of nutraceutical products through a point-of-sale network of 62 outlets.
OSIM Saudi Arabia opened first outlet.
OSIM signed MOUs with franchisees in India and Ukraine.
